  • “Client” or “You” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
  • “Products” refers to Tea, Makhana, Onion, Rice, and any other commodities we export or import.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Our Services

AL-Hamza Global specializes in the export and import of agricultural commodities. We operate from Kolkata and Malda, West Bengal, India, and serve clients across Africa, Middle East, Europe, and other international markets.

4. Orders and Quotations

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Quotations are valid for the period specified and may change based on market conditions.
  • A formal purchase order and advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in USD or INR unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the proforma invoice.
  • We accept bank transfers and other mutually agreed payment methods.
  • All applicable taxes, duties, and bank charges are the responsibility of the Client unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on shipping schedules, customs clearance, and other external factors.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon handover to the shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We coordinate with reliable logistics partners but are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or force majeure events.

7. Quality and Inspection

  • We ensure that all products meet agreed quality standards and specifications.
  • Clients are encouraged to arrange third-party inspection before shipment if required.
  • Claims for quality issues must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of agricultural products, returns are generally not accepted.
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for non-delivered or significantly defective goods, subject to investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, text, images, and product descriptions is the property of AL-Hamza Global. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,AL-Hamza Global shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or shipping disruptions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
